Contemporary Japandi-inspired interiors extend across three floors, creating a spacious and peaceful base for a luxury wellness retreat in Aswan. Designed for families and groups, Unatti Villa combines private bedrooms with generous shared spaces, a Nile-facing garden and a grand terrace.

Ground Floor:
The ground floor is centred around a spacious living room and communal area that opens onto a private garden overlooking the banks of the River Nile. It gives families and groups a comfortable place to spend time together between wellness programmes, spa treatments and the resort’s other experiences.
The ground-floor lounge includes an indoor swing and writing desk, creating a quiet space for reading, journalling or working during a longer health and wellness retreat.
First Floor:
The first floor includes three ensuite bedroom settings, giving guests privacy while keeping the group within one shared villa.
The Superior Room measures 33 sqm and includes two queen-size beds. The Deluxe Room measures 38 sqm and includes a king-size bed. Both rooms feature balconies with views towards the Nile.
The third room includes a king-size bed and a garden-view balcony. It is next to a children’s sitting room furnished with a desk, chair and cushioned lounging pouf, making this arrangement particularly practical for families.
