Day 1 Experiences:

    A Practice of the Mind and Body; our wide range of Yoga classes offers everything from beginner flows to more advanced practices for experienced students. From fluid, restorative, mindful yoga to vinyasa, core, and flexibility flows there is something for everyone.

Afternoon Activities
  • Mindfulness MeditationCultivate awareness while reducing stress with our meditation and mindfulness classes.Our experienced instructors offer a variety of classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Learn to quieten your mind, focus on your attention, and find greater peace, joy, and clarity in your daily life.
  • Pranayama
  • Workshop of The DaySkills-training workshops focus on practical strategies for enhancing everyday life. Led by our psychologist, these sessions offer insights into thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, equipping attendees with valuable tools for personal growth. Each day features a different topic, allowing participants to develop multiple skills throughout their stay.
